Search warrant secures four pounds of pot

Henderson Chief K.L. Sidwell reports that members of the Henderson Police Department’s Narcotics Unit served a search warrant on the address of 934 Elm Street in Henderson, North Carolina on October 28, 2009.

The individuals listed below were arrested after an intensive investigation by members of the Narcotics Unit. Several citizen complaints of drug activity were also received in the area of 934 Elm Street.

During the search of the residence, four pounds of marijuana and drug paraphernalia were located.

Prior to the search warrant, the male individual listed below was convicted of three felonies for drug offenses. The investigation is continuing and more arrests are pending.

  1. Not only three previous drug convictions, but he was on probation. I wonder if his probation officer had ever done a search of his house? They are required to do so now.
